These grapes were harvested by hand at night from Brick Barn Winery just outside of Buellton. We destemmed these grapes and pressed the same day. Native yeast fermented, this wine was aged in stainless steel for 5 months. We taste white peach, white tea, and dried herbs. This is my fish and oyster wine! Wildly drinkable!
