Picked August 18th from Rock Farm Vineyard in Little Rock of LA County, we foot treaded this fruit and left it on the skins to ferment for 12days. We placed the wine 80% in neutral oak barrel and 20% in stainless steel to age for 8 months.

*A lovely mix of raspberry, tart cherry juice, violets and English breakfast tea. Wildly Drinkable!
