Hand-picked then foot-stomped and fermented separately. This blend is cherry cola, herbs, and red berry fruits on the palate, supported by sturdy tannin that anchors it all together. In neutral oak for 8 months, then blended together 1 month before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, and minimal sulfur before bottling, and Wildly Drinkable!
