This wine is an homage to Natalie’s Austrian heritage and her grandmother’s maiden name “Sonnenschein” meaning Sunshine. Picked October 2nd, this was pressed whole cluster the same-day and placed in stainless steel to age for 5 months. Wildly Drinkable!

This wine is off-dry and has a hint of the typical petrol nose but also loads of citrus fruit and floral notes. The palate is bursting with tangy acidity of perhaps green apple, lime zest, lychee and asian pear. Open this bottle alongside schnitzel with lemon juice, chicken piccata, or arugula salad.
