These grapes were farmed with care by Fidencio Flores and his family. This lot was foot treaded and left on the skins for 9 days with once daily punch downs to make a lovely orange wine. Dry with tropical (think passionfruit, mango, guava, pineapple) and floral notes with the potential to age and turn more tea-like. This wine has a savory aroma with light tannin on the palate (a drying effect). This would pair amazingly well with spicy pad Thai, Vietnamese, or Korean BBQ, cured meats and cheeses à la charcuterie plates, and chips with guacamole. Wildly Drinkable!
