Crafted with purpose, a portion of every bottle sold supports the Saticoy Food Hub—a grassroots 501(c)(3) organization leading the fight against food insecurity in our local, unincorporated Ventura community. Many of the ingredients in this release were sourced directly through their network of farms in the Santa Clara River Valley.

Built on a Grüner Veltliner wine base, this vermouth is layered with wormwood, gentian root, juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, cardamom, coriander, chamomile, fennel seed, Italian and Thai basil, bay leaf, a touch of orange blossom honey, and finished with brandy from Ventura Spirits.

Balanced, aromatic, and deeply rooted in place.
