Born and raised in California, Natalie grew up surrounded by bold Central Coast reds and the diverse varieties of Temecula and San Diego County. Her love for wine deepened when she and her husband, William, moved to Sicily. Living on Mount Etna introduced her to the volcanic, mineral-driven wines of the region and opened the door to tasting her way through Europe. A spontaneous decision to take the WSET Level 1 exam set her on a path that led from curiosity to winemaking, which she later formalized through the UC Davis winemaking program.
Natalie is a registered Cherokee Nation citizen and a dual citizen of Austria and the United States—two heritages that have shaped her perspective, her sense of place, and her appreciation for the stories behind every bottle of wine. She remains actively involved in her local Native community, supporting cultural gatherings and opportunities for connection.
After moving to Ventura County in 2020, she began sourcing grapes from Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties and launched her first harvest that same year. Her goal is simple: to craft fresh, approachable wines meant for everyday enjoyment—wines that reflect the sense of adventure and discovery that inspired her journey. She is WSET Level 2 certified and a graduate of the UC Davis Winemaking Certificate Program.
Wine makes any moment worthy of celebration, and Natalie believes that everyday life is full of reasons to raise a glass!

We would like to thank the Salinan, Chumash, Kuyam, and Tongva peoples for allowing us to farm, work, and live on your lands. We understand that these lands were founded upon exclusions and erasures of many Indigenous peoples.
